Its main product lines are multi-channel order management, a warehouse management system, seller panels for marketplace sellers, omnichannel retail tools that link stores and warehouses, and payment reconciliation. It also offers post-order and shipping tools through its Uniware and Shipway offerings. The software integrates with major Indian marketplaces and logistics partners and is aimed at businesses ranging from D2C brands to large enterprises. The company also operates in the Middle East and South-East Asia.

Unicommerce sells subscription plans that are typically tied to order or transaction volume, and most customers deal with its direct sales team.
