Zoho Cliq is Zoho's team messaging app: channels, direct chats, audio and video meetings with screen sharing, and bots that pull in updates from other Zoho apps. For an Indian company already paying for Zoho Mail, CRM or Zoho One, it is the obvious internal chat tool because accounts, directory and permissions are shared.
