About Google
Google is a US technology company and a subsidiary of Alphabet Inc. It is headquartered at 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, California. Google says its story began at Stanford University in 1995, when Larry Page and Sergey Brin built a search engine called Backrub, and that Google Inc. was formally set up in 1998.
