Vinculum Solutions

Vinculum Solutions, which trades as Vinculum Group, is a software company based in Noida. It makes omnichannel commerce software that helps brands and retailers manage orders, inventory and warehouses across online marketplaces, their own web stores and physical outlets. Its founders include Venkat Nott, the Founder and CEO, and Annajee Nott. Third-party company databases give 2007 as the founding year. Vinculum's own site says it launched its SaaS order management suite in 2011.

The products listed on appadvisor.in include Vin eRetail, an order and inventory management system that connects to marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart and Myntra, and Vinculum WMS, a warehouse management system. Vinculum also offers a commerce layer for running a brand's own online channels. Vinculum says it has more than 200 integrations with marketplaces, shipping carriers and ERPs, and works with more than 80 partners.

Vinculum sells to mid-sized and large brands, retailers and third-party logistics companies, mostly through direct enterprise sales. Pricing is usually subscription-based and depends on order volume, the number of warehouses and the modules chosen. It is not published as a self-serve price list.

Besides its Noida headquarters, Vinculum has Indian offices in Mumbai, Bengaluru and Ahmedabad. It also has offices in Southeast Asia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Dubai and Chandler, Arizona in the US. Its investors include Accel and IvyCap Ventures. The company says it holds ISO/IEC 27001 certification and has appeared in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for warehouse management systems. Its site lists Braj Kishore Mahto as CTO and Mandeep Singh Ahuja as Chief Product Officer, and says it manages more than 6 million SKUs for its customers.
