Dottr

Dottr is an AI contracts agent that works from email. You CC or forward a thread to Dottr, and it drafts the contract from your templates, reviews the terms, sends it for signature and chases every signer, while you approve. It can draft from a forwarded thread, a call or pasted notes, and it handles documents such as an MSA, an SOW, an NDA, an offer letter or a retainer. Signers need no account, so signature does not stall on a login.

The review step flags every risk in plain English, on your paper or theirs, and lets you accept or reject a fix. Redlining runs over multiple rounds and returns each version as a tracked Word doc with a changelog. Dottr compares versions, keeps a searchable contract log and sends renewal reminders. Custom workflows, a custom follow-up cadence, an audit trail and a Certificate of Completion are listed as included, along with admin and member roles.

Dottr charges by the contract, not by seat. One contract costs $1 and covers draft, review, coordination, signing and download. Your first 5 contracts are free with no card needed. Packs are 12 contracts for $10, 20 for $18, 30 for $27 and 50 for $45, and anything past the published packs is quoted directly. There is no subscription or monthly minimum, and seats are never billed.

Before buying, note a few limits stated on the site. Prices are listed in dollars. A contract Dottr reads counts toward your packs whether or not the deal closes. API access and custom or white-label branding are not available yet. In-house lawyer support is an add-on quoted separately.
