Yes — 14 days, up to 3 users, no credit card. A trial is the cheapest way to test the workflow you actually care about before paying.
Add-on modules (On quote). Add these to any budget before you compare it with another product.
InnoMaint does not publish prices. Its pricing page lists Basic, Standard, Professional and Enterprise plans, each with a Get Quote button. You share your user count, sites and modules with sales and receive a quote. InnoMaint says there are no extra setup or hardware fees beyond the quoted subscription.
Yes. InnoMaint offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. It covers the core work order lifecycle, scheduling, ticketing, spare parts and reports, and lets you import assets, users and spares. The trial is capped at three users, and the vendor says extensions can be requested in writing.
InnoMaint is built and supported by an Indian company and offers on-premise deployment on Enterprise, which global tools like UpKeep usually do not. Fiix and UpKeep publish pricing, while InnoMaint needs a quote. Indian plants wanting local support hours and a 52-week PPM calendar should trial InnoMaint alongside them.
IoT OEE monitoring, IoT energy monitoring, condition monitoring, BLE asset tracking and occupancy management are part of InnoMaint's Enterprise plan, and several are also sold as add-ons. Basic, Standard and Professional focus on work orders, PPM schedules, spares, asset tracking and dashboards.
