Newfold Digital is a US web presence company. It owns a portfolio of hosting, domain, website-building and online marketing brands, including Bluehost, HostGator, Network Solutions, Web.com, Yoast, Crazy Domains, BigRock and ResellerClub, and it serves small and medium-sized businesses in many countries.

Newfold is one of the larger web services groups operating in India. Its Indian brands include BigRock for domains and hosting, ResellerClub for web hosting and domain resale, and localised versions of Bluehost and HostGator. Its products cover shared, WordPress, VPS and dedicated hosting, domain registration, business email and website builders, with rupee pricing on the Indian sites.

The brands sell mainly online through self-serve checkouts, often with discounted introductory terms followed by higher renewal prices, while ResellerClub sells to agencies and resellers. Newfold's website lists India among its markets. BigRock and ResellerClub were built by India's Directi group and later came to Newfold through Endurance International Group.

Newfold Digital was formed in February 2021. Clearlake Capital Group completed its roughly $3 billion acquisition of Endurance International Group and combined Endurance Web Presence with Web.com Group, in partnership with Siris Capital. The company is headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida. Its leadership page lists Sharon Rowlands as CEO and Sachin Puri as CEO of Bluehost Group and Network Solutions Group. The group has not published an India-specific employee count or revenue figures on its official pages. Because several of its brands overlap in India, buyers comparing BigRock, Bluehost India and HostGator India should check which entity invoices them and which support team handles their account.
