Rates vary with volume and are visible only after sign-up.
Chargeable weight is the higher of dead and volumetric weight.
A destination city surcharge applies in parts of NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Chandigarh, Surat and Goa.
Card recharges carry a convenience fee of up to 2%.

Did Delhivery increase prices in 2026?+

Yes. Delhivery informed customers that from 1 September 2026 it adds ₹4 per Express shipment and ₹2 per Surface shipment for D2C clients, on top of existing rates. News reports said the reasons were higher aviation fuel prices and rising fleet and workforce costs. The surcharge applies automatically to shipments manifested from that date.

What is Delhivery SmartNDR and what does it cost?+

SmartNDR is a Delhivery One add-on that handles failed deliveries. It messages buyers on WhatsApp, and if a case is still open after 90 minutes it places up to three AI calls in English or Hindi. It costs ₹5 per NDR attempt, with no setup or subscription fee. Delhivery says clients see COD RTO fall by 6-10%, but that is the vendor's own figure.
