ClickUp is a US software company that makes an all-in-one work management platform. The platform combines tasks, projects, documents, whiteboards, chat, goals and dashboards, and more recently AI features, in one workspace. Teams of all sizes use it for project management, and it also includes a CRM-style workflow template.

For Indian businesses, the relevant products are the core ClickUp workspace for project and task management, and the ClickUp CRM setup for tracking sales pipelines. Other features include Docs, Chat and an AI assistant, plus automations and integrations with tools such as Slack, Google Workspace and GitHub. Agencies, IT services firms and startups in India commonly use it in place of separate project-tracking and documentation tools.

ClickUp sells on a freemium model: a free plan, then paid per-user subscriptions billed online in US dollars, and enterprise contracts arranged through its sales team. AI capabilities are typically sold as an add-on. There is no India-specific price list, so buyers pay international card prices plus applicable taxes.

Zeb Evans, the CEO, and Alex Yurkowski, the CTO, founded ClickUp in 2017. According to Evans, the product began as an internal tool before being released publicly. The company is headquartered in San Diego, California, and lists offices in the United States, Canada, Ireland, the United Kingdom and Australia. ClickUp says that millions of teams around the world use its platform. The company has not published an India-specific legal entity or office on its About page. Indian customers therefore contract with ClickUp directly, so buyers should review data residency, invoicing and GST treatment before signing an annual agreement.
