Petpooja is an Indian restaurant technology company based in Ahmedabad. Its main product is a cloud point-of-sale and restaurant management system used by dine-in restaurants, quick-service outlets, cloud kitchens, cafés, bakeries and multi-outlet food chains.

The platform covers billing, menu and table management, kitchen order tickets, inventory and recipe management, and integrations with online ordering platforms such as Swiggy and Zomato. It also handles loyalty and CRM, reporting across outlets, and GST-compliant invoicing. The company has since broadened its software to other retail businesses. Its co-founder and CEO has said the company built for restaurants first and now builds for all businesses facing similar problems.

Petpooja sells subscription licences, typically priced per outlet, through a direct sales and onboarding team spread across India. It also offers compatible hardware such as billing terminals and printers. Prices and plan details are usually shared on request after a demo.

The company was founded in 2011 by Parthiv Patel and Apurv Patel, who lead it as CEO and Chief Strategy Officer respectively. According to its About page, Petpooja has more than 1,500 employees and more than 150,000 business customers across India, the UAE and South Africa. The legal entity behind the brand is Prayosha Food Services Pvt. Ltd., whose headquarters is at Gopal Palace in Nehrunagar, Ahmedabad. The software is sold mainly to Indian food businesses, and outlets use it to handle aggregator orders alongside dine-in billing. Buyers should confirm which marketplace and delivery integrations, hardware and add-on modules are included in the quoted per-outlet price, because the company generally does not publish a public price list. According to the founders' own account on the company blog, Petpooja started in 2011 as a corporate meal-delivery service and turned to restaurant POS software in 2014. The blog also reports a $2 million Series A from Udaan in 2019 and a $4.5 million Series B in November 2021 from Aroa Ventures, Udaan and GVFL.
