BUSY Infotech is a New Delhi-based company that develops BUSY, an accounting and business management software package used widely by Indian micro, small and medium enterprises such as traders, distributors, retailers and manufacturers.

The BUSY software covers financial accounting, GST-compliant invoicing and return preparation, inventory management, payroll, and point-of-sale for retail counters. It also supports multi-location and multi-currency operations and includes MIS reports. Many businesses run it on desktop, and it is also available in hosted and mobile-access setups. The company says more than 6 lakh businesses across India use BUSY, which makes it a common alternative to Tally in the Indian SME market.

BUSY is sold as editions priced by feature set, with single-user and multi-user licences. Buyers can choose a perpetual licence with annual update subscriptions or a subscription plan, and sales go through a large network of channel partners across India as well as directly. The company expanded to the Middle East in 2008.

The company was founded in 1997 in New Delhi. In January 2022, IndiaMART InterMESH agreed to acquire 100% of BUSY Infotech for about ₹500 crore, and it completed the deal on 6 April 2022, making BUSY a wholly owned subsidiary. BUSY's board lists Brijesh Kumar Agrawal as Managing Director, and the company says it has more than 350 professionals across India. BUSY still operates under its own brand and website after the acquisition.
