Quick answer: Bitrix24 helps sales teams grow revenue by putting the CRM, tasks, calls, chat and invoicing in one workspace, so follow-up does not depend on five different apps. Its flat-fee pricing, rather than per-user pricing, suits teams of 5 to 50 who want everyone inside. If you only need a focused sales CRM, Zoho CRM or Odoo CRM may fit better.
Why Bitrix24 is different from a plain CRM
Most CRMs start with a contact and a deal. Bitrix24's website describes an "integrated workspace platform" that combines CRM, task and project management, collaboration, website building and HR tools. That breadth is both its strength and its trap.
The strength: a sales rep can win a deal, create a delivery task for operations, chat with the colleague who will deliver, and raise an invoice without leaving the product. The trap: with so many modules, a team that does not decide what to switch on ends up with a cluttered system nobody trusts.
Bitrix24's own site says "15,000,000 organizations have chosen Bitrix24" and that it is available in 18 languages. Those are the vendor's figures, not ours.
What the CRM side covers
From Bitrix24's India site and pricing page, these are the sales-relevant pieces the vendor lists:
- lead and deal management in a CRM
- Kanban boards alongside Gantt and Scrum views for tasks
- telephony and a contact centre
- email marketing and invoicing
- workflow automation, and on higher plans RPA and call tracking
- an AI assistant called CoPilot
- mobile applications
Plan by plan, the pricing page (checked October 2026) says the Basic plan lists sales pipelines, recurring deals, email integration and telephony; Standard adds sales automation, invoices, online payments and e-commerce; Professional lists AI-powered sales, call tracking, workflow automation, RPA and HR management tools.
What the plans cost
Per Bitrix24's pricing page (checked October 2026), prices are per plan, not per user, and include a set number of users:
| Plan | Price per month (annual billing) | Users included | Storage |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | ₹0 | 1 to 2 | 5 GB |
| Basic | ₹1,910 | 5 | 24 GB |
| Standard | ₹4,790 | 50 | 100 GB |
| Professional | ₹9,590 | 100 | 1 TB |
| Enterprise | from ₹19,190 for 250 users | 250 and up | 3 to 30 TB |
Monthly billing is higher (for example ₹2,990 for Basic), and the page says annual billing saves up to 36 per cent. Confirm GST treatment and the current numbers on the page before budgeting.
Why this matters for growth: with per-user CRMs, owners quietly leave out the accountant, the dispatch clerk and the store manager to save cost, and information then lives in WhatsApp. With a flat fee for 50 users, everybody who touches an order can be in the system.
Sales workflows worth setting up first
Not everything Bitrix24 offers should be switched on in week one. Start with these:
1. One lead intake. Decide where every enquiry lands: phone, website form, email, referrals. Put them in the CRM as leads. If the lead is not in the CRM, nobody owns it. The guide on stopping lead leakage shows the usual holes.
2. Deal stages with exit criteria. Define stages that match how you sell, for instance enquiry, requirement understood, quote sent, negotiation, order.
3. Tasks tied to deals. The advantage of a work platform is that a deal can spawn tasks: prepare a quote, arrange a sample, schedule a site visit. See CRM task management for sales teams.
4. Telephony. The Basic plan lists telephony. Check how it connects to Indian numbers and SIM or cloud providers before assuming it works as you need; the vendor's documentation, not a sales call, should settle this.
5. Invoicing from the deal. Standard lists invoices and online payments. If you already use a GST billing package, decide which one is the source of truth; do not run both.
A 30-day rollout plan
| Week | Focus | Output |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Decide scope: CRM and tasks only | A one-page list of what is switched on and what is not |
| 2 | Import contacts, create pipeline stages, invite the sales team | Every active deal visible in one place |
| 3 | Set up telephony, email, and task templates | Reps log calls and next steps in the CRM |
| 4 | Run the weekly review from the CRM; add one automation | A repeatable review and one working rule |
Resist adding HR, website and projects in the first month. Add one module only after the previous one has been used for four weeks.
Who Bitrix24 is for, and who it is not for
For:
- Service and project businesses where a sale quickly becomes work: interior design, agencies, IT services, installation companies.
- Teams of mixed roles (sales, delivery, accounts) that need to see the same customer.
- Owners sensitive to per-seat cost.
Not for:
- A pure telecalling team that needs a dialer-first tool; look at dialer and telecalling CRMs.
- Real estate developers with unit-level inventory and channel partners; see Sell.Do.
- Teams that want the simplest possible screen. The breadth means more setup choices.
Comparing with Zoho CRM and Odoo CRM
| Bitrix24 | Zoho CRM | Odoo CRM | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Pricing model | Flat per plan with users included | Per user per month | Per user, with one app free |
| Published INR price (vendor pages, checked October 2026) | ₹1,910 to ₹9,590 per month by plan on annual billing | Free for 3 users; paid editions from ₹800 per user per month | One app free; Standard ₹580 per user per month on yearly billing |
| Strength | Collaboration plus CRM | Dedicated CRM with workflows and forecasting | CRM connected to Sales, Subscriptions and other Odoo apps |
Zoho's pricing page lists a free edition for three users with workflow automation and mobile apps, and a Standard edition at ₹800 per user per month with email integration, calling and forecasting. Odoo CRM says its first app is free with unlimited users, and lists Standard at ₹580 per user per month on yearly billing. Both prices exclude taxes where the vendors say so.
What to check before you buy
- Test the free plan with two users for a week, but note its limits: the pricing page lists 1 to 2 users and 5 GB.
- Ask where your data is hosted and how export works.
- Check Indian language and support hours.
- Read the plan matrix line by line; RPA and call tracking sit on Professional, not Basic.
- Decide who administers it. Bitrix24 rewards a person who owns the setup.
Making the flat fee pay off
A flat fee only helps if you use the seats. Before you choose a plan, count the people who genuinely touch a customer: sellers, the person who prepares quotes, the delivery lead, the accountant who raises invoices and the owner. If that is eight people, the Basic plan's five included users will not cover you, and Standard's fifty is far more than you need; the vendor's website shows nothing between them, so the step up is a real cost decision. Write down the headcount you expect in twelve months, then compare the annual price of each plan against that figure rather than against today's team.
Also decide early who may see what. A workspace that joins sales and operations can expose pricing, margins and customer data to everyone unless you set permissions. Agree access rules in week two, not after a salesperson has seen a colleague's commission-related deals.
