FloBiz

FloBiz is a Bengaluru-based software company that builds business tools for Indian small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs). Rakesh Yadav, Aditya Naik and Rahul Raj, alumni of IIT and BITS, founded it in 2019. Rakesh Yadav is Founder and CEO. The company describes its current focus as agentic AI systems for small businesses, built for Indian languages and regional markets.

Its flagship product is myBillBook, a GST billing, invoicing, inventory and accounting app for mobile and desktop. Traders, distributors, retailers and service businesses use it to create GST invoices, e-way bills and e-invoices, track stock and manage payment dues. FloBiz's website also lists heyAnaya.ai, an AI front-desk agent that answers calls in Gulf Arabic and English; myCashFlo.ai, an automated payment collections agent; and mySandesh, a marketing automation tool.

myBillBook is sold on a subscription basis, with annual plans priced in rupees and a free trial. Plans are tiered by features and the number of devices or users. The company mainly acquires customers through digital marketing and app stores, supported by telesales.

On its website, FloBiz says more than 1 crore (10 million) MSMEs have been served and that bills worth ₹5.9 lakh crore have been raised through its products. It reports users in more than 18,000 Indian pincodes and says it operates in India and the UAE. It lists Peak XV Partners (formerly Sequoia Capital India), Greenoaks, Think Investments, BEENEXT and Elevation Capital as investors. The company has not publicly disclosed revenue or a current valuation. These usage figures are company claims and have not been independently audited. Its move into Gulf markets with Arabic voice agents is a recent expansion beyond its original Indian billing app.
