Shiprocket

Shiprocket is a Gurugram-based e-commerce enablement and logistics technology company. Saahil Goel and Gautam Kapoor founded it in 2012 as Bigfoot Retail Solutions, and Vishesh Khurana later joined as co-founder. It first built KartRocket, a web-store builder, then moved into shipping aggregation and launched the Shiprocket brand in 2017. Saahil Goel is CEO. The company's registered office is in Mehrauli, South Delhi, and its corporate office is in Udyog Vihar, Gurugram.

Shiprocket's platform lets online sellers ship through many courier partners from one dashboard, with automatic courier selection, cash-on-delivery remittance and returns handling. Other products listed on this site include Shiprocket Fulfillment (warehousing), Shiprocket Promise (delivery date promises and checkout), and Shiprocket Engage (WhatsApp and marketing automation for orders). It also offers cross-border shipping and working-capital products for D2C brands.

Pricing for sellers is mainly per shipment, with rate cards by weight and zone. Subscription plans unlock lower rates and extra features. The company says it supports more than 2.5 lakh digital retailers and processes about 2.2 lakh shipments a day. The company says its sellers' shipments add up to more than US$5 billion of annual GMV. It says it reached 3 million+ shipments a month in 2020, the year it launched its fulfilment service.

Shiprocket raised more than US$252 million in 2021 from investors including PayPal Ventures, Info Edge Ventures, Zomato and Temasek, and reached a valuation of about US$1.2 billion in 2022. Its acquisitions include Pickrr, Wigzo and Rocketbox. Shiprocket Limited listed on the NSE and BSE on 19 August 2026 after an IPO priced at ₹97 per share.
