Recruitment ATS (₹999 per user/month); GPS clock-in / geolocation (₹25 per user/month); Setup fee (Not published); Biometric integration (Not published). Add these to any budget before you compare it with another product.
sumHR publishes three plans billed annually per user per month: Startup at ₹49, Basic at ₹69 and Advanced at ₹119. Enterprise pricing is custom for companies above 250 employees. On top of that there is a one-time setup fee based on headcount, and the amount is not published. Recruitment costs ₹999 per user per month and GPS clock-in ₹25 per user per month as add-ons.
The sumHR pricing page does not say whether its ₹49, ₹69 and ₹119 per user prices include GST. Most Indian SaaS vendors add 18% GST on top, so ask sumHR sales to confirm before you budget, and ask them to put the setup fee and biometric integration fee in writing too, because neither amount is published.
sumHR advertises a free HRMS option for companies that use Jupiter Money salary accounts, but the pricing page does not explain the conditions. It does not mention a standard free trial either. To evaluate sumHR you would normally book a demo and ask for trial access. There is no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee on paid plans.
