WhatsApp (Rs 200/seat/month); Additional DID (Rs 100/month); Additional VMN/TFN (Rs 500/month); Mobile CLI (Rs 500/month); Advanced platform security (Rs 500/seat/month); Recording retention 12+ months (Rs 100/seat/month); Additional channels (Rs 600/channel); Toll-free minutes (Rs 4,500 to Rs 60,000/month). Add these to any budget before you compare it with another product.
Acefone Contact Center Studio costs Rs 1,599 per user per month on the Professional plan, with a minimum of six seats, and Rs 1,999 per user per month on Ultra, with a minimum of five seats. That puts the smallest Professional account at about Rs 9,594 a month. Enterprise pricing is quoted by sales, and add-ons such as WhatsApp or extra DIDs cost extra.
Acefone's India pricing page lists prices in rupees but does not say whether GST is included. Software services in India normally attract 18% GST, so budget for it on top of the listed per-seat price and ask Acefone's sales team for a written quote that shows the tax line before you sign an annual plan.
Acefone has no free plan for its contact centre product. Both the Professional and Ultra plans come with a 7-day free trial, but calling is limited during the trial. That is enough to test IVR flows, CRM click-to-call and reports. The trial is not meant for running a real campaign at full volume.
Yes. Acefone sells toll-free numbers for inbound calls as an add-on, with minute bundles published on its pricing page. The bundles start at Rs 4,500 a month for 3,000 minutes and go up to Rs 60,000 for 50,000 minutes, with overage between Rs 1.25 and Rs 1.6 per minute. An additional VMN or TFN costs Rs 500 a month.
