What is Zoho Voice?

Zoho Voice runs on two meters: a plan fee and a prepaid credit wallet for calls, numbers and add-ons. The SOLO plan is free apart from call charges, and every paid plan has a 15-day trial with no card required. It suits Indian teams already on Zoho CRM, Desk, Bigin or Recruit that want a cloud phone system for business with IVR, queues and click-to-call inside those apps. If you do not use Zoho apps, most of its advantage disappears.
