UVdesk publishes its paid prices in US dollars, not rupees. The Basic (Medium Scale) plan is $8 per agent per month on annual billing or $11 month to month. Pro (Large Scale) is $15 or $18 per agent per month. Both need at least 2 agents. The open-source Community Edition is free if you host it yourself.

Is UVdesk free?+

Yes. The UVdesk Community Edition is open source under the OSL-3.0 licence and free with unlimited agents. You download it from GitHub and install it on your own server. Hosting, maintenance and upgrades are your responsibility, so you will need someone who can manage a PHP and MySQL stack.

Does UVdesk have a free trial?+

UVdesk offers a 30-day free trial on its hosted paid plans, so you can test ticketing, workflows and ecommerce apps before committing. The FAQ on its pricing page says paid plans come with a trial. After the trial, you choose annual or month-to-month billing, with a minimum of two agents.
