Zoho CRM Plus has two editions with rupee pricing. Starter costs ₹1,200 per user per month billed annually, or ₹1,500 month to month. Enterprise costs ₹2,900 per user per month billed annually, or ₹3,500 month to month. Zoho says yearly billing saves up to 18%. Every licensed user pays for the full bundle, so count the people who will actually use it before you buy.
The Zoho CRM Plus pricing page does not mention tax. Zoho's other India pricing pages say GST is charged on top of the listed price, so budget for 18% GST over the ₹1,200 or ₹2,900 per-user figures. Before you commit to an annual plan, ask Zoho sales to confirm the final invoice amount and how your GSTIN will appear on it.
Zoho CRM Plus has no forever-free plan. Instead, Zoho offers a 30-day free trial with no credit card required, during which you can add up to 10 extra users. If you don't subscribe when the trial ends, Zoho suspends the account but keeps your customisations, so you can upgrade later and pick up where you left off.
