Quick answer: Zoho CRM is priced per user per month in rupees, billed annually (monthly billing in brackets): Standard ₹800 (₹1,300), Professional ₹1,400 (₹2,100), Enterprise ₹2,400 (₹3,000) and Ultimate ₹2,600 (₹3,200), with GST charged on top. A free edition covers three users. A 5–15 person sales team will usually be choosing between Standard and Professional, while owner-led businesses can start with Zoho Bigin from ₹400. Figures are from Zoho's pricing page, checked October 2026.

How we researched this: We opened Zoho's CRM pricing page and the data file that feeds its INR toggle, the edition-by-edition feature comparison, the free-edition and sign-up pages, Bigin's pricing page, Zoho's data-centre page and its getting-started help article. Every price and limit below was read there in October 2026. We do not predict 2027 prices; confirm on Zoho's page before you pay.

Zoho CRM prices in rupees, plan by plan

Zoho's pricing page has a currency selector (USD, INR, EUR and others) and a monthly/annual switch. With INR selected, the per-user prices are:

PlanBilled annually (per user/month)Billed monthly (per user/month)Zoho's one-line positioning
Free (3 users)₹0₹0Forever free
Standard₹800₹1,300Beginner-friendly
Professional₹1,400₹2,100Automation and AI
Enterprise₹2,400₹3,000Deep customizability
Ultimate₹2,600₹3,200Bespoke solutions

Three details matter more than the headline numbers:

  1. GST is extra. The page says local taxes such as VAT and GST "will be charged in addition to the prices mentioned." Budget the listed figure plus GST. Whether you can claim that tax back as input credit depends on your registration; our guide on claiming GST input credit on SaaS subscriptions walks through the rules.
  2. Annual billing is a large discount in rupees. By our arithmetic from the table, Standard costs 38% less per month on annual billing (₹800 against ₹1,300), Professional 33% less, Enterprise 20% less and Ultimate about 19% less. Zoho's banner says "save up to 34%", so check the live toggle before you quote these numbers to your finance team.
  3. No lock-in language. In its pricing FAQ Zoho says "You are not bound by any contracts or commitments" and that you can switch editions from the Upgrade link on the Home page. Annual billing is still a prepayment, so decide on the billing cycle deliberately.

What each edition actually unlocks

Prices only make sense next to limits. This table combines Zoho's pricing page with its edition comparison page (the comparison page showed a "last updated May 12, 2026" stamp).

Reading the table as a buyer rather than a spec sheet:

  • Standard is the plan for a team that wants leads, deals, email, calling and forecasting in one place. Zoho lists built-in calling, multiple pipelines, web forms, sales forecasting, data enrichment and custom modules here. The ceiling you will hit first is the 10 custom fields per module: a distributor who wants to store GSTIN, credit days, region, product line and preferred transporter on every account is already halfway through the allowance.
  • Professional is where process control arrives: blueprints that force reps through defined stages, CPQ price rules for quotations, inventory management (products, vendors, sales and purchase orders), unlimited reports and predictive intelligence. For a 12-person inside-sales team, the jump from 10 to 155 custom fields is usually the real reason to pay ₹600 more per user per month.
  • Enterprise adds territory management, approval processes, a developer sandbox and field-level encryption. These matter once you have regional managers who must see only their own team, or a discount approval chain.
  • Ultimate adds higher limits, consulting and migration assistance from Zoho. Few SMBs need it.

If you are weighing Zoho against a dollar-priced tool, our HubSpot vs Zoho CRM cost comparison for India builds the same seat-count maths for both. For a wider field, see the earlier comparison of Zoho CRM, Freshsales and Kylas.

The free edition and the 15-day trial: what you really get

Zoho runs two different entry doors, and the wording on its pages can confuse a first-time buyer.

  • The trial. Zoho's sign-up page offers a "15-day free CRM trial." Zoho's help article says a trial needs no credit card.
  • The free edition. A separate page describes the free edition as "Free forever – No trial period, no forced upgrade" for up to 3 users, with no credit card needed. It lists up to 5,000 records across all modules and 1 GB of cloud space. The pricing page adds contact management, follow-up reminders, workflow automation, up to 10 custom email templates, standard reports, 5,000 API calls a day, data export up to 10 times, and mobile apps.

What the free edition leaves out is visible on the comparison page, which shows dashes (not included) for custom modules, custom fields per module, mass email and sales forecasts, and offers the default pipeline only. That is enough for a two-person shop logging enquiries, and not enough for a team that needs a second pipeline for dealers. Our broader guide on free CRM limits that matter shows how the same trade-offs look across vendors.

What a team in India will actually pay

These are our own calculations from the prices above, before GST, to show how the plan choice scales. They are not Zoho quotes.

TeamPlan and billingMonthlyPer year
5 reps at a Nashik dealerStandard, annual₹4,000₹48,000
Same teamStandard, monthly₹6,500₹78,000
12-person inside-sales team in PuneProfessional, annual₹16,800₹2,01,600
Same teamProfessional, monthly₹25,200₹3,02,400
25 users across three regionsEnterprise, annual₹60,000₹7,20,000
Same teamEnterprise, monthly₹75,000₹9,00,000

The Nashik example shows why billing cycle matters as much as plan: ₹30,000 a year separates the two ways of paying for the same five seats. If a team is still proving that reps will use the tool, month-to-month billing is a defensible price for the first quarter; once adoption is real, move to annual. Adoption is the hard part, and our guide to getting a sales team to actually use the CRM covers it.

Bigin, Team Users and CRM Plus: the cheaper and bigger siblings

Zoho sells more than one product that people call "Zoho CRM", and the confusion costs buyers money.

  • Zoho Bigin is the simpler pipeline tool for businesses leaving spreadsheets. Zoho's Bigin page lists a Free plan for one user (500 records, 1 pipeline, 3 automations), Express at ₹400 per user per month annually (₹550 monthly), Premier at ₹720 (₹900) and Bigin 360 at ₹1,080 (₹1,260). Express adds email and WhatsApp Business integration, mass email, payment links and lead-ad capture; Premier raises limits to 100,000 records and five pipelines. Bigin's page promises a 15-day trial with no card, and an automatic move to the Free plan afterwards rather than a charge.
  • Team Users are a cheaper licence for non-sales colleagues, priced at ₹400 a month billed annually (₹500 monthly). Zoho says they can add notes and attachments, use team modules and the mobile apps, but cannot own records, build reports or manage automation. Useful for finance or dispatch staff who only need to look something up.
  • Zoho CRM Plus bundles CRM with help desk, live chat, email marketing, social media, surveys, projects and analytics: Starter at ₹1,200 per user per month annually (₹1,500 monthly) and an Enterprise tier at ₹2,900 (₹3,500) that adds marketing automation, webinars, landing pages and event management. It makes sense only if you would otherwise buy four or five separate Zoho apps; compare it with Zoho One against individual apps before deciding.

How to sign up, pay and set up

  1. Choose the door. Use the free-edition link if you want the free plan from day one; use the trial link if you want to test Professional-level features for 15 days.
  2. Pick your country carefully. Zoho says your data centre follows the country selected at sign-up, which defaults from your IP address. Its data-centre page lists Mumbai as the primary and Chennai as the secondary India location. If residency matters to your clients, read our note on India data residency for SaaS before you click through.
  3. Follow the Admin Quick Start. Zoho's help article lists the first setup tasks: company details, inviting users, setting up roles, configuring your deal pipeline and connecting email. Do roles and pipeline stages before importing anything; moving from Excel to a CRM without losing data covers the import step.
  4. Buy. Zoho's pricing FAQ says it accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal, plus bank transfer or cheque for yearly subscriptions. The FAQ does not list UPI, so confirm with Zoho sales (sales@zohocorp.com on the page) if you want to pay another way.
  5. Choose support. Paid editions include Classic support; Zoho sells faster-response plans and onboarding programmes separately.

Zoho CRM review for 2027: strengths and who should look elsewhere

Where it is strong. Rupee pricing published on the page, a free tier, and a ladder from ₹400 Bigin to ₹2,600 Ultimate means you rarely have to switch vendors as you grow. Zoho's pricing page says "Join 250,000+ other businesses", which is Zoho's own claim and not an independent figure. The interface supports Hindi among 28 languages, which helps field teams; see our guide to CRMs in Hindi, Marathi and Tamil, because the same language list does not name Marathi or Tamil.

Where it is not the best fit.

  • A team that mostly sells through WhatsApp conversations should compare dedicated tools in WhatsApp automation before assuming the CRM covers it.
  • Larger organisations that want an enterprise suite will look at Salesforce Sales Cloud, whose pricing page we opened lists dollars and several other currencies but not rupees. A team that wants a free CRM with lite marketing tools bundled may prefer HubSpot CRM, which also prices in dollars on the page we read.
  • Very small teams that cannot spend ₹800 per head should compare Kylas CRM and Freshsales; our under ₹1,000 a month CRM guide lines up the options.

A final rollout tip: pick the plan for the next twelve months, not the next five years. Zoho lets you switch editions from the Upgrade link, so paying an extra ₹600 per user per month for features you will not configure until next year is avoidable. FAQs

How much does Zoho CRM cost per user per month in India?

Per Zoho's pricing page (checked October 2026), Standard is ₹800, Professional ₹1,400, Enterprise ₹2,400 and Ultimate ₹2,600 per user per month on annual billing. On monthly billing they are ₹1,300, ₹2,100, ₹3,000 and ₹3,200. GST is charged in addition.

Is Zoho CRM free in India?

Yes. Zoho's free edition supports up to 3 users with no credit card, and the free-edition page describes it as having no trial period. It is limited to 5,000 records and 1 GB of file storage, with no custom modules or mass email.

How do I sign up for a Zoho CRM free account?

Use the free-edition sign-up page rather than the trial link if you want the free plan straight away. Zoho's regular sign-up page starts a 15-day trial of a paid edition instead. Then follow the Admin Quick Start: company details, users, roles, pipeline and email.

How do I buy a Zoho subscription in rupees?

Choose INR on the pricing page, then upgrade from the Upgrade link inside Zoho CRM. The pricing FAQ lists Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal, with bank or cheque transfer for yearly plans. Taxes are added at checkout.

Does Zoho CRM have a Hindi interface?

Yes. Zoho's pricing FAQ lists Hindi among 28 supported languages. Marathi and Tamil do not appear in that list, so ask Zoho about them before promising your team a regional-language screen.

Is Bigin cheaper than Zoho CRM?

Bigin Express costs ₹400 per user per month on annual billing, against ₹800 for Zoho CRM Standard. It trades custom modules and deeper automation for a simpler pipeline, and Zoho moves your account to its Free plan after the Bigin trial instead of charging you.
